ONLINE PURCHASE
Items bought through this website will be following this conditions:
• Delivery within 3 to 5 working days
• Minimum order & delivery charge applies. (within Doha 250Qr | outside Doha 800Qr)
• Delivery charge will apply (within Doha 10Qr | outside Doha 10Qr)
EXCHANGE POLICY
Items can be exchanged under the following conditions:
• Out of SALE or Promotion exchange accepted within 14 days from the purchase date.
• During SALE or Promotion exchange accepted within 7 days from the purchase date.
• Receipt should always be provided.
• Items can be exchange only once.
• Replacement items should be of equal value or higher to original purchase.
• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with tags attached.
• Items cannot be exchanged after alteration.
• Pickup of items bought online for exchanged or refunded will not be provide. All items need to be dropped at Mayoral Store (for more information call 44909184). Payment will be refunded online.
REFUND POLICY
• Out of SALE or Promotion refund accepted within 3 days from the purchase date.
• No refund during SALE or Promotion.
• Receipt should always be provided.
Any condition contained in the exchange and refund policy is no longer valid in case of violation of the provisions of article 5 under the Law 8 of 2008 regarding consumer protection in the State of Qatar.
